Cleveland Bazaar is Northeast Ohio's longest running indie handmade event. We've been doing shows since 2004 in spaces all over Cleveland, and continue to grow from year to year.

We welcome applications from artists outside Northeast Ohio, especially for our larger holiday shows, and we particularly welcome applications from artists typically underrepresented at handmade events. All shows are juried, so some product categories are more competitive than others.

Cleveland Bazaar has a longstanding tradition of being welcoming and inclusive, and of treating our fellow artists like family. We expect that you will treat your peers with respect and consideration, and that you will do your best to help promote and otherwise make the shows a success.

We are adding additional workshops to our calendar that will help our artists improve their marketing and communications skills. Please join our private vendor group on Facebook after you've submitted your application, where we post opportunities such as these.

All Cleveland Bazaar applications will be made using Submittable, and all billing* will be done via Xero invoice unless other arrangements are made. (You can use PayPal to pay these invoices).

*Timely invoice payments are expected; unless you have communicated with the show organizers for an extension, you risk losing your place if you do not pay on time.

The Center & Main Market, a partnership between the merchants of downtown Seville, Ohio and Cleveland Bazaar, is opening applications for its 2017 event Saturday 23 September.

Join us for our second annual family friendly art, vintage, and local fair, celebrating the diverse talents of local craft in Northeast Ohio. Artists, antique vendors, and local farmers will have goods available in the town square. 
  • Vendor hours will run 10-5pm
  • Vendors will be set up in "the triangle" between Center and Milton Streets
  • 75+ vendors will be accepted for 10x10 tent locations. Cost is $60.

Our tentative August 19th Market Square Park date has been canceled due to another city event in the park. However, our partners at Sparx City Hop have moved their event up from September and we'll be organizing vendors for the downtown Playhouse Square location.

This form will allow you to apply to all three currently-scheduled Bazaar shows in 2017 (we are considering adding another; see application).

We anticipate our pricing to be much the same as 2016, i.e. approximately $90 for Winterfest and Lake Affect, and approximately $150 for 78th Street.

The dates for each show are as follows:

Winterfest/5th Street Arcades: Saturday 25 November
Lake Affect: Saturday 2 December
78th Street Studios: Saturday 9 December and Sunday 10 December

As in previous years, we have established a $15 administrative/jurying fee for applications to encourage only serious applicants.
