We welcome applications from artists outside Northeast Ohio, especially for our larger holiday shows, and we particularly welcome applications from artists typically underrepresented at handmade events. All shows are juried, so some product categories are more competitive than others.
Cleveland Bazaar has a longstanding tradition of being welcoming and inclusive, and of treating our fellow artists like family. We expect that you will treat your peers with respect and consideration, and that you will do your best to help promote and otherwise make the shows a success.
We are adding additional workshops to our calendar that will help our artists improve their marketing and communications skills. Please join our private vendor group on Facebook after you've submitted your application, where we post opportunities such as these.
All Cleveland Bazaar applications will be made using Submittable, and all billing* will be done via Xero invoice unless other arrangements are made. (You can use PayPal to pay these invoices).
*Timely invoice payments are expected; unless you have communicated with the show organizers for an extension, you risk losing your place if you do not pay on time.
Cleveland Bazaar is teaming up with the West 29th St merchants’ association to do a series of events the third Thursday of each month June-October 2019.
Vendors will be placed on West 29th and Church streets.
We’re looking for a broad mix of handmade vendors that will compliment the other offerings on the street.
Spaces will be 10x10’ and cost $50. If you are accepted for all 5 and pay up front you will get $50 rebated on your bill.
This form will allow you to apply to all three currently-scheduled holiday Bazaar shows in 2019. We are opening applications now to give you additional time to plan your show schedule for the year.
Please be advised that we plan to add a fourth downtown show in November that will focus more on fine art (most likely the weekend of November 22nd-24th). If you indicate an interest in selling at that show on this form, you will receive a discounted jury fee when the application goes live after we've signed the venue contract.
We anticipate our pricing to be much the same as 2018, i.e. approximately $95 for Winterfest and Lake Affect, and approximately $199 for 78th Street. Pricing TBD on downtown show.

Winterfest/5th Street Arcades: November 30th
Lake Affect Studios: December 7th
78th Street Studios: December 14th-15th
As in previous years, we have established a $15 administrative/jurying fee for applications to encourage only serious applicants.
